Slept yesterday from the time i came back from heats till this morning 6.30....thats like 13hrs flat...what the hell....I missed survivor!!!!

i am aching like evrywhere...ouhh..shhiittt...i really suck at the 200m heats...i should not have gone alll slow and then speed up coz in the end i forgot to speed up...i should have done whta i did last year which was too sprint and go constant at the las 25m...bloody hell....argggghhhhh.....

Wonderfull....vanessa and rachael and amirah...were wonderful....vanessa's start was bloody fast...followed by rachael's run...and amirah's too...except i was soo anxious and singing to meself and was wondering when amirah was gonna reach me....but it was fantastic maaannn...i justadd on to the finishing touches...u guys rock.....and vanessa..wass crying coz...SOME people accused her of starting the race without the starter's signal and that some people got last in the race...sooo cheer up vanessa and who cares bout them!!

SO to day...going off to sunplaza park at 1.30 for sajak meeting....ooohh..mannn i am sooo tired!!!
